SEL/MTSS Tip #1 -
As we start the 2024-2025 school year we want to anchor you in the work of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). MTSS is a framework that organizes not only the adults and how we do things, but also the resources we are able to give to students and staff alike. Tier 1 is that solid foundation of knowledge and skills that we ensure for all students and requires this is consistency. We need to be explicit with our teaching of expectations, routines and procedures in these first few weeks. RRK - Respect/Responsibility/Kindness is the language that should be heard and demonstrated across the district.
